Senior Desktop/Network Engineer
Lincoln has an immediate need for an individual with between 5-10 years of IT related experience Candidate must also have a strong desire to be a part of a nationally recognized company in the fastest growing industry on earth, and to never hate going to work on Mondays again.

Assist user community in software, hardware and network problem resolution.
Installs, tests, and maintains a variety of personal computing and network hardware and software systems, with local area network and wide area network connections.
Remediate server based issues
Logs calls and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response with acceptable time frames for the user community
Success in assessing needs related to server configuration and systems implementation
Background in design, installation, configuration, and management of network infrastructures
Keeps up to date with current trends and is prepared to make recommendations to the improvement of both workstation and server environments.
Produces support documentation
Monitor client infrastructure and take immediate action to resolve end-user infrastructure issues
Provide escalation support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues
Prepare and update client documentation as needed
5 Plus years in technology experience
A+ and Network +Certified
MCSE or equivalent Microsoft Certification
Citrix and VMware
Networking Protocols - TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
CCNP,CCDP, CCNA, CCNA Security, CCDA Nice to have
Active Directory, Group Policy and User Profile Management
Maintaining system integrity, quality standards, and strict deadlines
Extensive network set-up, administration, and evaluation experience in cutting-edge environments, optimizing systems and integrating complex protocols such as: RIP v1, RIP v2, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, BGP, VTP, LACP, PAGP CDP, RSTP, HSRP, GLBP, VRRP
Experience with Juniper and Cisco Equipment
Networking/Switching hardware - Cisco, SonicWall, Brocade
Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
Strong Networking experience required.
Must be proficient in the design, implementation and management of LAN/ WAN/ Firewalls
