Job Responsibilities

  • Consistently oversee the operation of conference facilities, maintaining communication with A/V technicians, catering teams, and environmental services staff.
  • Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports to staff and relevant support departments, providing forecasts for upcoming events—particularly VIP and large-scale functions requiring special coordination.

Skills

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience collaborating with Audio/Visual teams, Facilities Management, and Catering during event planning and execution.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage requests via phone, email, and electronic forms, while meeting tight deadlines for high-volume demands.
  • Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft 365 applications.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with event planning software.

Education

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
